Refund policy

At SatvaSudha PVT. LTD., we are committed to delivering high-quality and naturally crafted products to our customers. However, if you experience any issue with your order or are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are always happy to assist you with a fair and transparent resolution process. 

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. 

1. Order Cancellation Policy 

Customers may cancel their order within 8 hours of placing the order. 

  • Eligibility for Cancellation 
  • Orders cancelled within 8 hours shall be eligible for a full refund.  
  • Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.  

Important Notes 

  • Once an order has been shipped (usually within 24 hours of order confirmation), it cannot be cancelled.  
  • Refund initiation is generally processed immediately after cancellation approval.  
  • The refunded amount may reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.  

2. Time Limit for Reporting Issues 

Any return, replacement, or refund request must be initiated within 36 hours of successful delivery of the order. 

Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for review. 

3. Return & Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of food and natural products, SatvaSudha PVT. LTD. generally does not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped. 

However, in exceptional situations such as: 

  • Damaged Product  
  • Missing Product  
  • Spoiled Product  

we are committed to working with our customers to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution. 

All return, replacement, or refund requests are subject to verification and approval by SatvaSudha PVT. LTD. 

4. Damaged Product Policy 

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 36 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Required Details 

Please include the following in your email: 

  • Order Number  
  • Image of Invoice  
  • 1 Clear Image of the Outer Packaging Box  
  • 2 Clear Images of the Damaged Product  
  • Proper Unboxing Video showing the package opening and damaged item  

Resolution Process 

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement/refund of the affected product.  
  • Replacement delivery may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on the location and logistics availability.  
  • In case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement or resolution.  
  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide complete assistance thereafter.  

5. Missing Product Policy 

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 36 hours of delivery by emailing us at:

Please share: 

  • Order Number  
  • Image of Invoice  
  • 1 Clear Image of the Outer Packaging  
  • 2 Clear Images of the Opened Package  
  • Complete Unboxing Video showing all received items  

Resolution Process 

  1. After verification, we may either:  
  2. Re-send the missing product, or  
  3. Process a refund for the missing item, if applicable.  

Re-shipment may be preferred wherever possible for faster resolution.  

Emails will generally be responded to within 1–2 business days.  

6. Spoiled Product Policy 

If you believe a product has spoiled or is unfit for consumption in case of expiry date, please notify us within 36 hours of delivery.

  • Manufacturing / Packaging Date (if available)  
  • Clear Images or Video of the Product  
  • Relevant product details explaining the concern  

Important Notes 

  • All items under review should preferably remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging wherever applicable.  
  • Since our products are natural, minimally processed, and often handmade, slight variations in:  
  • Taste  
  • Texture  
  • Colour  
  • Aroma  
  • are completely normal and may naturally occur between batches. Such natural variations shall not be considered product defects. 

We ensure that: 

  • No compromise is made in quality standards  
  • Natural ingredients are carefully selected  
  • Maximum nutritional value is retained during production  

Resolution Process 

  • Every spoiled product complaint will undergo proper investigation and quality verification.  
  • If approved after review, the product may be replaced or an appropriate resolution may be provided.  
  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days and assist you throughout the process.  

7. Important Conditions 

SatvaSudha PVT. LTD. reserves the right to: 

  • Reject claims lacking sufficient proof or verification  
  • Refuse requests involving misuse, fraudulent claims, or policy abuse  
  • Request additional information wherever necessary for investigation purposes  

The company’s decision after due verification shall be considered final.
